5 minutes before a semi did a 180 east of Flagstaff and brought I40 west to a standstill for 30 minutes. Funny thing is the snow wasn't even sticking to the asphalt. I guess it left enough wet to hydroplane. #snowblind #snow #inclementweather #snowstorm
